The workshop will present key findings from detailed site investigations conducted as part of the ongoing Global Soil Partnership project, “Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals Contamination of Cocoa in Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago and Identification and Implementation of Sustainable Management Practices for Soil Pollution Management.” Attendees will also participate in a dynamic roundtable discussion with stakeholders to explore innovative, eco-friendly, and cost-effective technologies for mitigating pollution risks in cocoa plantations across Latin America and the Caribbean countries.
