The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model is an alternative and innovative production and marketing scheme in which producers and consumers are directly linked through trust-building and transparency-based relations in the production and consumption of agroecological and organic food.
In the context of the World Food Forum (WFF) and its Innovation Track, the webinar is gathering CSA youth practitioners, academia and the young agricultural professionals worldwide for further exchanges on the lessons learnt and best practices of the CSA model. CSA practitioners from Italy and China will share their respective experience on the ground. Challenges and lessons learnt will also be discussed during the webinar, enriched by interactive exchanges with participants.
The session will be moderated by Cathy Cao Xi, food and agriculture specialist experienced in agricultural investment, policy analysis and strategic partnerships, with a strong interest in agriculture benefiting nature.
We look forward to seeing you on June 22!
